欢迎使用 RIGHTAWAY 全球内容资产管理系统。使用本平台前，请认真阅读本服务条款。注册账号、访问或使用服务，即表示您理解并同意受本条款约束。
一、服务内容
本平台为创作者、版权人及其授权代表提供版权资产登记、文件存储、人工审核、平台授权、账号监测、Content ID、侵权检测、Claim 管理、申诉工单、数据分析和报告导出等功能。具体功能可能根据平台能力、第三方接口和业务安排调整。
二、账号注册与安全
- 您应提供真实、准确、完整的信息，并及时更新发生变化的信息。
- 您应妥善保管密码、邮箱验证码和登录凭证，不得出租、出售或转让账号。
- 通过 Google 登录的账号受 Google 授权机制约束，无需向本平台提供 Google 密码。
- 发现账号被盗用或存在异常活动时，应立即修改凭证并联系我们。
三、用户资格与授权
您确认具备订立本条款所需的法律能力。代表公司、创作者或其他权利人使用服务时，您确认已取得足以代表该主体的授权，并能根据要求提供相关证明。
四、上传内容与版权保证
您保留对合法上传内容所拥有的权利。您确认上传、提交或授权处理的内容属于您本人，或您已获得足够且有效的许可。独家、非独家和共享内容均须符合适用法律、合同约定及相关平台规则。
为提供存储、审核、识别、监测、分发和申诉服务，您授予我们在服务所需范围内对相关内容进行托管、复制、技术处理、生成特征数据并向您选择的平台提交必要信息的有限许可。该许可不转移内容所有权，并在服务结束及合理技术处理期后终止，但法律要求保留的记录除外。
五、审核与权属材料
我们可以要求您补充身份证明、版权登记、授权链、合同或源文件。审核通过仅代表依据当时提交材料完成平台内部审核，不构成司法认定，也不保证任何第三方平台必然接受、创收或不发生争议。
六、第三方平台与 API
Google、YouTube、Facebook、TikTok、Believe 等服务由第三方运营，并适用其各自的条款、政策和技术限制。您应仅授权自己有权管理的账号或频道。第三方可能变更、限制或停止接口，导致部分功能、数据或同步频率发生变化。
您可以在相关第三方平台撤销授权。撤销后依赖该权限的同步、分析和报告功能将停止，但已经依法保存的审核或安全记录可能继续保留。
七、申诉、Claim 与监测结果
本平台提供的风险指数、异常提示、侵权匹配和监测数据属于辅助信息，不构成法律意见或对处理结果的保证。您应对提交的 Claim、下架请求、申诉陈述及证据的真实性和合法性负责。人工审核可能要求进一步材料。
八、禁止行为
- 上传侵权、违法、虚假、欺诈、恶意或未经授权的内容和材料；
- 冒充他人、伪造权属证明、重复或恶意提交 Claim 和申诉；
- 绕过安全控制、批量注册、抓取数据、干扰服务或尝试未经授权访问；
- 利用本平台侵犯他人版权、隐私、肖像、商标或其他合法权益；
- 违反适用法律或相关第三方平台规则的其他行为。
九、文件存储与备份
上传文件可能存储在 Cloudflare R2 或其他配置的云服务中。我们会采取合理技术措施，但您仍应保留原始文件和权属证明的独立备份。因超出合理控制范围的故障造成的暂时不可用，我们将尽力恢复服务。
十、服务变更、暂停与终止
因维护、安全、法律要求、第三方限制或账号违规，我们可能调整、暂停或终止部分服务。除紧急安全或法律情形外，我们会尽可能提前通知。您可以停止使用服务并按照平台流程申请注销账号。
十一、知识产权
除用户内容外，本平台的软件、界面、商标、文档和技术成果归我们或相关权利人所有。未经书面许可，不得复制、修改、出售或以其他方式利用。
十二、免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许范围内，服务按现状提供。我们不保证第三方接口持续可用、监测数据绝对完整，或审核、授权、申诉和创收必然达到特定结果。任何责任限制均不排除适用法律不得限制的责任，也不影响消费者依法享有的强制性权利。
十三、条款更新与适用法律
我们可能因服务或法律变化更新本条款，并在页面显示最新生效日期。重大变化会通过合理方式通知。争议应首先通过友好协商解决；无法解决时，依平台运营主体所在地适用法律和有管辖权的机构处理，但法律另有强制规定的除外。

Terms of Service

Welcome to RIGHTAWAY Global Content Asset Management System. Please read these Terms carefully. By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
The Platform provides copyright asset registration, file storage, human review, platform authorization, account monitoring, Content ID, infringement detection, claim management, appeal tickets, analytics, and report exports for creators, rights holders, and authorized representatives. Features may change based on platform capabilities, third-party APIs, and operational requirements.
2. Registration and Account Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it current.
- You must protect passwords, email verification codes, and login credentials and must not rent, sell, or transfer your account.
- Accounts using Google sign-in are governed by Google's authorization process; you do not provide your Google password to RIGHTAWAY.
- You must promptly change credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the services for a company, creator, or other rights holder, you represent that you have authority to act for that party and can provide evidence upon request.
4. Uploaded Content and Rights
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded content. You represent that content you upload, submit, or authorize us to process is owned by you or covered by sufficient and valid permission. Exclusive, non-exclusive, and shared content must comply with applicable law, contracts, and platform rules.
To provide storage, review, identification, monitoring, distribution, and appeal services, you grant us a limited license to host, copy, technically process, generate content fingerprints, and submit necessary information to platforms you select. This license does not transfer ownership and ends after the service and a reasonable technical processing period, except for records that must be retained by law.
5. Review and Evidence of Rights
We may request identity documents, copyright registrations, chains of authorization, contracts, or source files. Approval reflects only an internal review of the materials available at that time. It is not a judicial determination and does not guarantee acceptance, monetization, or freedom from disputes on a third-party platform.
6. Third-Party Platforms and APIs
Google, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Believe, and similar services are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms, policies, and technical limits. You may authorize only accounts or channels that you have the right to manage. Third parties may modify, restrict, or discontinue APIs, affecting features, data, or synchronization frequency.
You may revoke authorization through the relevant third-party platform. Revocation stops functions that depend on that permission, although review and security records already retained as permitted by law may remain.
7. Appeals, Claims, and Monitoring
Risk scores, anomaly alerts, infringement matches, and monitoring data are informational tools and do not constitute legal advice or a guaranteed outcome. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, takedown requests, appeal statements, and supporting evidence. Human reviewers may request additional materials.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading infringing, unlawful, false, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized content or evidence;
- Impersonating another person, falsifying rights evidence, or submitting abusive duplicate claims or appeals;
- Bypassing security, automating registrations, scraping data, disrupting the service, or attempting unauthorized access;
- Using the Platform to violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other legal rights; or
- Any other activity that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules.
9. File Storage and Backups
Uploaded files may be stored in Cloudflare R2 or another configured cloud service. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but you should maintain independent copies of original files and proof of rights. If service is temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will use reasonable efforts to restore it.
10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate services for maintenance, security, legal requirements, third-party restrictions, or account violations. Except in urgent security or legal circumstances, we will try to provide reasonable advance notice. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion through the available process.
11. Platform Intellectual Property
Except for user content, the Platform's software, interface, trademarks, documentation, and technology belong to us or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, modified, sold, or otherwise exploited without written permission.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party APIs, completely accurate monitoring data, or any particular review, authorization, appeal, or monetization outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or affects mandatory consumer rights.
13. Updates and Governing Law
We may update these Terms when services or law change and will display the latest effective date. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable notice. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, if unresolved, under the law and jurisdiction applicable to the Platform operator's registered location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
