隐私政策

RIGHTAWAY 全球内容资产管理系统（以下简称“本平台”或“我们”）重视您的隐私。本政策说明我们在您注册、上传版权内容、申请平台授权或使用监测与申诉服务时，如何收集、使用、共享、保存和保护信息。
一、适用范围
本政策适用于 rightaway.asia 网站、创作者中心以及由本平台提供的相关版权资产管理服务。第三方平台和网站适用其各自的隐私政策。
二、我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：姓名或创作者名称、邮箱地址、加密后的密码、验证码状态及账号设置。
- 版权资产信息：您上传的音乐、视频、图片、文字、小说、权属证明、文件元数据和审核记录。
- 平台授权信息：您提交的平台、频道或账号链接，以及经您授权后由相关平台接口返回的账号和内容数据。
- 申诉与沟通信息：工单说明、截图、附件、处理记录及您与我们的沟通内容。
- 运行与安全信息：IP 地址、设备和浏览器类型、访问时间、操作日志、错误日志及反滥用检测数据。
三、Google 账号及 YouTube 数据
当您选择“使用 Google 账号继续”时，我们会在获得您明确授权后，通过 Google OAuth 获取创建和识别账号所需的基本资料，例如姓名、邮箱地址和头像。我们不会获取您的 Google 密码。
当您另行授权 YouTube 分析或报告功能时，我们仅访问授权页面列明的范围，可能包括频道基本资料、内容清单、观看与互动指标、订阅增长数据和报告任务状态。实际访问范围以您在 Google 授权页面确认的权限为准。
我们对 Google 用户数据的使用和传输遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的 Limited Use（有限使用）要求。Google 用户数据不会用于个性化广告，也不会出售给第三方。
四、我们如何使用信息
- 创建、验证和维护您的账号，提供登录和密码重置功能；
- 接收、存储、审核和管理版权资产及权属材料；
- 处理平台授权、账号监测、Content ID、侵权检测、Claim 和申诉工单；
- 生成您请求的分析、趋势、风险提示及导出报告；
- 发送验证码、服务通知、安全提醒和必要的业务邮件；
- 保障系统安全、排查故障、防止欺诈、批量注册和未经授权的访问；
- 履行法律义务并处理权利争议。
五、信息共享与第三方服务
我们不会出售您的个人信息。仅在提供您主动请求的服务所必需时，我们可能与以下接收方共享有限信息：
- 云存储和基础设施服务商，例如 Cloudflare R2；
- 身份认证、内容分析或授权平台，例如 Google、YouTube、Facebook、TikTok 和 Believe；
- 邮件发送、验证码和系统运维服务商；
- 依法有权要求信息的监管、司法或执法机构。
服务商只能按照我们的指示和适用法律处理相关信息，不得将其用于无关目的。
六、信息保存与删除
我们会在实现服务目的、履行法律义务、处理争议和保留必要审计记录所需的期限内保存信息。账号注销后，我们将删除或匿名化不再需要的信息；法律要求保留或正在处理争议的记录除外。
您可在用户中心申请注销账号，或发送邮件至下方联系方式申请删除账号及相关个人数据。我们会在核实身份后处理。您也可以前往 Google 账号授权管理随时撤销本平台的访问权限。
七、信息安全
我们采用访问控制、传输加密、密码哈希、操作审计和备份等合理措施保护信息。互联网服务无法保证绝对安全；如发生可能影响您权益的安全事件，我们将依据适用法律进行通知和处置。
八、您的权利
在适用法律规定的范围内，您可以查询、更正、导出或删除个人信息，撤回授权，注销账号，或对我们的处理提出异议。为保护账号安全，我们可能要求您验证身份。
九、未成年人
本平台主要面向具有完全民事行为能力的创作者和权利人。未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用服务。若发现未经适当同意收集了未成年人信息，我们将依法处理。
十、跨境处理
为连接国际内容平台和云服务，信息可能在您所在国家或地区以外被处理。我们会依据适用法律采取合理措施保护跨境传输的数据。
十一、政策更新
我们可能因服务、技术或法律要求变化更新本政策。重大变化将通过站内通知、邮件或页面提示告知您，页面顶部会显示最新生效日期。
RIGHTAWAY LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 21, 2026
RIGHTAWAY Global Content Asset Management System ("RIGHTAWAY," "the Platform," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you register, upload copyrighted works, authorize platform accounts, or use monitoring and appeal services.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to rightaway.asia, the Creator Center, and related copyright asset management services provided by RIGHTAWAY. Third-party platforms and websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name or creator name, email address, hashed password, verification status, and account settings.
- Copyright asset information: music, video, images, text, literature, proof of rights, file metadata, and review records that you submit.
- Platform authorization information: platform, channel, or account links and, after your authorization, account and content data returned by relevant platform APIs.
- Appeal and communication information: ticket descriptions, screenshots, attachments, processing records, and communications with us.
- Operational and security information: IP address, device and browser type, access time, activity logs, error logs, and anti-abuse signals.
3. Google Account and YouTube Data
If you choose "Continue with Google," we use Google OAuth, with your explicit authorization, to obtain basic profile information needed to create and identify your account, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
If you separately authorize YouTube Analytics or Reporting features, we access only the scopes shown on the consent screen. This may include channel profile details, content lists, viewing and engagement metrics, subscriber growth data, and reporting job status. The actual access is limited to the permissions you approve through Google.
RIGHTAWAY's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for personalized advertising and is not sold to third parties.
4. How We Use Information
- Create, verify, and maintain accounts and provide sign-in and password reset functions;
- Receive, store, review, and manage copyright assets and proof of rights;
- Process platform authorizations, account monitoring, Content ID, infringement detection, claims, and appeal tickets;
- Generate analytics, trends, risk alerts, and exports requested by you;
- Send verification codes, service notices, security alerts, and necessary operational email;
- Secure the Platform, troubleshoot errors, and prevent fraud, automated registrations, and unauthorized access; and
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve rights disputes.
5. Disclosure and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We disclose limited information only as necessary to provide a service you request, including to:
- Cloud storage and infrastructure providers, such as Cloudflare R2;
- Authentication, analytics, or authorized content platforms, such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Believe;
- Email delivery, verification code, and system operations providers; and
- Regulators, courts, or law enforcement when disclosure is legally required.
Service providers may process information only under our instructions and applicable law, and not for unrelated purposes.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain necessary audit records. After account deletion, information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law or an active dispute.
You may request account deletion through the User Center or email the contact below to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. We will verify your identity before processing the request. You may also revoke RIGHTAWAY's access at any time through Google Account permissions.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards including access controls, transport encryption, password hashing, activity auditing, and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident may materially affect your rights, we will respond and provide notice as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, close your account, or object to certain processing. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.
9. Children
The Platform is primarily intended for creators and rights holders with legal capacity. Minors should use the services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If we learn that information from a minor was collected without appropriate consent, we will address it as required by law.
10. International Processing
To connect with international content platforms and cloud services, information may be processed outside your country or region. We take reasonable steps to protect data transferred across borders as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will provide notice of material changes through the Platform, email, or a prominent page notice and will update the effective date above.
